Study On Saving And Intensive Use Of Rural Residential Land Based On Habitable Ecological

Nowadays, urbanization has already threatened the health of ecological system in rural land. Ruralresidential land is not only an important part of ecological system in rural land, but also an important placefor farmers to product and to live.It could be significant approaches to saving and intensive use of ruralresidential land for protecting the habitable ecological environment, and harmonize the balance of social,economic and ecological system. This is closely linked with sustainable development of rural land.Through collecting and sorting out the theoretical data about habitable ecological and its relationshipwith saving and intensive use of rural residential land, put forward taking ecological living as thesupporting theory, then briefly discuss and analysis the data from from two aspects of theory and practice.This article takes the case of Xinyuan County as study area, and conducts random surveys to localfarmers by using the method of questionnaire, descripte the land use status and analysis the existingproblems. Through the investigation, combine with Binary Logistic method can conclude that the degree ofculture, per capita income, per capita family homestead family area, traffic conditions satisfaction,education satisfaction show the significant correlation with famer’s intention of saving and intensive use ofrural residential land. By using the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method, the integratedhabitable ecological intensive degree of Xinyuan County at the moderate intensive state, is0.7364.Finally, bring forth new ideas based on the experience of the model of intensive use of rural residentialland in various parts of China, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
