Young Reserve Officer Training Study

Young reserve cadres is an important corporate human resources, is the development of the reserve army, reserve cadres quality is directly related to the sustainable development of enterprises.reserve cadre training, is an important part of cadres training. How to take effective ways to train and educate Young reserve cadres,is the key of building a cadre of high-quality back-up.Firstly, this article depthly analysis the status of the power supply enterprise, young reserve officer training. Secondly, based on a large number of interviews, questionnaires, establish the model of competence quality belong to young reserve cadres. Thirdly, based on competence model and blended learning mode, build young reserve cadres training system. Lastly, the young reserve officer training implementation and protection are explored and studied.This thesis, by combining theory and case study, investigation, and Inductive and deductive methods, investigates CRC’s diversification strategy on spot, observing, analyzing, and summarizing, and then draws the conclusion with both theory and evidence bases.I believe that the model of competence quality, training system belong to young reserve cadres,is helpful for future enterprise.
