The civil aviation industry as an important foundation for the economic development of our country industry, which is one of the standards to measure the economic strength of the country. In recent years with the increasing rate of change in the external environment, the civil aviation industry will continue to deepen institutional reform, the separation of government and enterprise, airport belongs to the local government, the realization of the transition to civil aviation enterprised evelopment pattern. The airport enterprises was birthed out from this matured environment, In the face of The internal and external environment of the current international, industry market competition environment, airport enterprises must break through the previous model, improve production efficiency, research and implementation of the performance assessment, enhance the management level comprehensively, go to the enterprise development road with Market economy-oriented.This paper takes performance appraisal system on the corporate sector of M Airport which belongs to E Airport Group as the research object, Starting from the scientific evaluation index system set up and result application, analysis and research on the appraisal situation in corporate sector of M airport through a variety of methods such as conducting surveys、learning experience and sum up experience, carried on the analysis, then extract problems and reasons in appraisal system、process、index setting and the application of the results. Based on the research of performance appraisal method which is key performance index (KPI) and the PDCA circulation. Using the combination of this two methods to extract the key indicators from strategic positioning and strategic goals with the corporate sector of M airport, and establish performance assessment system about the corporate sector of M airport. The purpose of these practices is to achieve performance evaluation which is ensure the enterprise strategy, and through the pathway from strategy to performance. The author hopes to promote the level of management on M airport and to provide the beneficial reference in the performance appraisal work of another airport in China.
