As an advanced business model, regular chain has become a dominant forms in the field of modern business. At present, chain stores in China are developing rapidly and playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. In addition, performance assessment, which is core of modern business management, is essential to the development of regular chain. This paper proposes a performance assessment method for food regular chain, which combines key performance indication and objective management together by comprehensive use of the theory of regular chain and performance assessment. First, decompose the objective of the task level by level. And then translate the objectives, which are quantifiable, into the system of key performance indicators. Besides, This article select Taiyuan Liu Wei Zhai regular chain store, a representative of the Shanxi Province, as the research object, and analyses the situation and defects of the performance assessment of Liu Wei Zhai regular chain store, on this basis, propose the countermeasures to improve the level of performance assessment of the company. By doing this, the purpose of the paper is to provide references to the performance assessment of food regular chain.
