Labor relation is the most basic social economic relations, whose harmony and stability is directly related to the harmony and stability of society. Building up harmonious labor relations is the base foundation to ensure and improve people’s livelihood and maintain social stability and harmony. As a province whose private economy is developed, Zhejiang has generally harmonious labor relations. But some problems still exist, which affects the healthy development of private economy. To solve this problem, we should grasp the characters of Zhejiang labor relations, and build a new model of labor relations with Zhejiang characters. As a result, we can effectively solve the problem and form a long-time harmonious mechanism to lead a better development of private economy.Based on the analysis of existing research, this paper explains the mechanism of model to deal with labor relations total compensation in contemporary international frontier. By using least squares, weighted least squares, Logit and Probit model analysis, the paper analyzes the survey data of the Impact Factors of Harmonious Labor Relations in Zhejiang and the mechanism of labor relations in Zhejiang. The results turn out that the degree of harmonious labor relations in Zhejiang private enterprise is not only related to the income, but also associated with employees’satisfaction with salary. But the association with jobs and unions is less relevant. As the same time, this paper analyzes the status of labor relations and the characters and problems of labor market in Zhejiang, by using a large amount of data and cases. At last, I propose a simplified total compensation mode which is suitable to Zhejiang features. This new mode is put forward in the perspective of total compensation. This paper mainly includes putting forward main integrant of total compensation model and the interaction mechanism and the specific path of wage, welfare and training, which demonstrates the necessity and effectiveness of a new mode of Zhejiang labor relations.In appendix, I analyze two excellent typical enterprises’case which create a win-win situation and build harmonious labor relations. This two cases illustrate the rationality and feasibility of a new model from instances.
