The Study On Impact Of Rural Land Circulation On Old-Age Security

Rural land is the foundation of agricultural economy, it’s also as the survival of famers. The core problem of rural social security is rural old-age security. The main form of family endowment is relying on the land before urbanization. With the economic development, the level of urbanization changed fast and a large number of rural land has been circulated. On the one hand land circulation help the land unity maximization, on the other hand it presents the person who depend on the rural land to survival with difficult. In China urban-rural dual system still exists, so rural old-age security is imperfect, and the current land circulation system is also imperfect, it threat to the survival of the old farmers.This article firstly describes the role of rural land in old-age security, rural land has the function of protect the old-age security, and it also has the land endowment weakened condition. Secondly, through on-the-spot investigation, get the data, than description statistic and regression analysis on the old-age security situation before and after the rural land circulation and the satisfaction on rural land circulation. Than find problems of old-age security after land circulation. Finally, based on the empirical research, obtained relevant conclusions, than give some suggestions to build the rural old-age security system after rural land circulation.
