The Research On The Land Comprehensive Reclamation Under The Background Of New-style Urbanization

Land resource is the most important strategy resource which is indispensable to human survival, and the situation is more and more notable in nowadays society. Land comprehensive reclamation is a systematic project which use consolidation, land development, land reclamation and urban and rural construction land increase or decrease as a platform to drive field, road, water, forest, village comprehensive improvement, improving rural production and living conditions and ecological environment, promoting agricultural scale operation, population concentration living, industry clustering development, promote the urban-rural integration process. At the present stage in our country it should be paid much more attention, especially under the background of new pattern urbanization.As one of the most developed area in China, Shanghai has encountered the problem of contradiction between supplying and demanding, uneven development between urban and rural areas is more outstanding than any other city. Therefore the mode, process and benefit evaluation of the comprehensive improvement of land in Shanghai can be an important reference. This article carries out the land comprehensive improvement of project in Shanghai Fengxian district Xinye village as an example, fully analyzed the layout, design, implementation plan and the economic evaluation in Xinye village.Firstly, this paper expounds the purpose and significance of comprehensive improvement of land, defines the research object, clarifies the research content and the research results at home and abroad is reviewed. Secondly, introduces the land comprehensive improvement project by describes the background of the project, the goal of planning and design principles and project design of layout analysis and description. Thirdly, evaluates the economic evaluation, Social benefit evaluation and ecological benefits from the aspects of qualitative and quantitative. Finally, by introducing the project and the benefit evaluation, combined with possible problems in the progress in the development of the land comprehensive improvement in the field investigation to put forward some counter measures and suggestions that we can reference in other regions in the future.
