Planning And Management Of A Company Leadership Evaluation Project

Manager Leadership Evaluation has been recognized to be important for the development of enterprises. It has a dominated impact on enterprise’s development and destiny if enterprise can establish a good echelon personnel training mechanism in line with business strategy or not. So, This paper puts forward to the idea that promotes Manager Leadership Evaluation using project management theory based on knowing the condition and needs of leadership development of A Company, analyzing the laws of leadership evaluation activities and the theoretical approach’s characteristics of project management.In order to establish Manager Leadership Evaluation model according to the principle of project management, this paper researches the main aspects of the specific implementation. First of all, This paper researches the aspect of project constructing about A company’s Manager Leadership Evaluation project; On the basis of confirming the need of leadership development of A Company and the the project’s purpose to specific position, A company develops a model of Leadership Evaluation; Then, this paper researches the implementation of project start-up phase and construction of management team; Thirdly, in the phase of implementation and controlling, the project team builds Job Competency quality Model, and evaluates the Managers quantity with the psychological test and assessment center technology of Personnel Assessment, and points out each person’s strengths and weaknesses, gives the evaluation result of every manager; The final phase is to check and accept the project results. This paper mentioned that it needs to sum up experience and lessons of Manager Leadership Evaluation project in order to improve the follow-up Manager Leadership Evaluation management in other company.
