In 21st century, the economy of knowledge is leading the tendency of the age. In this background, the capital of knowledge is surpassing the real capital, and create value more and fast .In this changing, technical employees who own the new-advanced technology will be the most valuable resources .It is important to optimize the motivation mechanism for technical employee, because it plays a great role in enhancing technical employee' activity and creativity, raising the science-technology strengths and competitiveness of enterprises and propelling our national economy and technology forward in 21 st century.In the beginning of the paper, basic concepts such as technicalemployee ,motivation mechanisms are defined, and social status and function of Zhenghao corporation technical employee are analyzed. The following is the introduction of theoretical backgrounds such as the theories of motivation. Then main ways of the motivation of ZhengHao corporation technical employee and chief methods of optimizing enterprise motivation mechanism are probed into in collaboration with our country's business present situation.
