With the rapid development of rural economy and society, rural electricity consumption has grown rapidly, it is imperative to promote urban and rural power development as a whole. How to manage, operate the rural power supply station, and promote the sustainable development of rural power, have become urgent issues at present. In this dissertation, management mode optimization for rural power supply station under new situation have been studied, which will provide policy basis and decision-making reference to accelerating the development of rural power for our country.Firstly, based on the analysis on economic and technological properties of rural power and foreign development practices, development history of rural power supply station has been studied, and the new situations and new requirements that rural power supply station is facing have also been analyzed. Moreover, ideas and emphases have been provided, which is about management organization and operation mechanism optimization of rural power supply station under new situation.Then, business management and operation mode of rural power supply station has been researched. The suitability of "marketing and distribution syncretism" mode and "marketing and distribution separation" mode have also been analyzed. And a selection model on "marketing and distribution syncretism" and "marketing and distribution separation" has been built for rural power supply station."Marketing and distribution syncretism" mode is suited to the region with wide power supply range, low gathering degree and poor traffic condition, while "marketing and distribution separation" mode is suited to the region with narrow power supply range, high gathering degree and good traffic condition. The main ideas of selection model are as follows:firstly, preliminary screening is done according to the landform of power supply station area; then a quantitative evaluation system consisting of ten indexes, such as business quantity per person, clustering degree of1OkV equipments, local economic development and service level, is built for comprehensive evaluation and selection. Furthermore, case analyses on the model have been done, using cases occurred in Anhui, Hebei, Sichuan as eastern, central and western empirical case.Finally, suggestions on safeguards have been provided, aiming at the factors involved in the marketing and distribution management mode of rural power supply station, such as organization structure, management mode and operation mechanism, etc.
