Corporate culture is essential for the development of private enterprises in the start-up period. Signcomplex Ltd is a private enterprise founded shortly with high growth speed, while experiencing the lack of corporate culture brought corporate solidarity, lack of cohesion, high rate of employee turnover and other issues, the urgent need to strengthen corporate culture, play a leading, guiding, motivating role of corporate culture, build competitive advantage.This paper first reviews the theoretical literature corporate culture, corporate culture typical concept, corporate culture constitute, and then Signcomplex Ltd’s culture of internal and external business environment are analyzed, combing the effects of Lingnan culture, the nature of private enterprise, LED industry and other corporate culture of the external environment. This paper also analyzed the impact of Signcomplex Ltd’s development process, the business situation, the status of human resources, corporate culture, corporate culture construction status of the internal environment, laid the foundation for the Signcomplex Ltd’s corporate culture. Third, Based on analysis of the external environment, the study from four levels of concept layer, system layer, behavior layer and the physical layer established Signcomplex Ltd corporate culture.
