Transit project construction scheme is a comprehensive system engineering, the parts of the system are not only related with each other, but also restricted with each other, and the relationship of them is anfractuous. The construction scheme plays an important role in the whole construction process. It has direct influence on the quality, safety, environment, plan and cost of a metro project that construction technology option is better or not. The optimization for construction scheme of transit project is a multivariate and multi-objective and complex system decision problem, including quantitative index and qualitative index, which is involved in many aspects. So based on characteristics of concrete transit project, to establish the scientific, comprehensive optimization evaluation index system of construction scheme,to determine a rational optimization decision method of transit project Consecration scheme, which has theoretical study and practical application value.In this paper, many theories including construction scheduling control, fuzzy comprehensive optimization technology, genetic algorithms and dynamic construction simulation are introduced into the choice of construction scheme of transit project. Theoretical study and application of dynamic simulation and fuzzy comprehensive optimization for transit project construction operations is presented for multi-scheme optimization. Reasonable construction schedule is presented, and construction process is analyzed by means of dynamic visualization, which provides theoretical foundation and technical support for construction design and management of transit project.The main research contents and achievements of the thesis are as follows:The optimization choice for transit project scheme is a multivariate and multi-objective decision problem, including quantitative index and qualitative index, which is involved in many aspects. Based on characteristics of concrete scheme, the fuzzy group decision model of construction schemes, considering time, cost, quality, safety and environment, is presentd. Construction scheduling control, fuzzy conprehensive optimization technology and genetic algorithms are introduced into construction design of transit project. The paper takes Pai LiangYa Tunnel for example. By considering the five targets of construction, which are time, cost, quality, safety and environment, fuzzy multi-attribute optimal membership degree is defined and evaluated with intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The fuzzy group decision model of construction schemes, considering time, cost, quality, safety and environment, is presentd. Genetic Algorithms is used in solving the model, and the elements of time, cost, quality, safety and environment are obtained with the best combination. The results can be applied to assist in scheduling construction schemes. Finally, technology of construction dynamic visual simulation is studied. By applying virtual dynamic optimization management system, the system can present the critical process of Pai LiangYa Tunnel, providing construction simulation results more intuitively and producing social benefit and economic benefit.
