Research On The Assessment Of Rocky Desertification Forestland Assets Of Fengshan County In GuangXi Province

At present, the rocky desertification classification and evaluation standard is a qualitative method to rocky desertification discrimination, the usually used indexes are more difficult to grasp in practice, for example, degree of soil erosion, bedrock expose rate, and comprehensive vegetation cover rate, so different people may get different discrimination results. It is not conducive to the evaluation of rocky desertification. The rocky desertification index was presented in this study, which of quantitative index. According to the importance degree of four indexes of bedrock exposed rate, comprehensive vegetation coverage rate, slope, soil thickness to evaluation of rocky desertification, the comparison result of importance was obtained by using expert scoring, and the weight of each index were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process, to realize quantitative evaluation of rocky desertification, so as to more accurately assess the rocky desertification degrees of rocky desertification forestland in Fengshan County of Guangxi.At present, forest resources assessment method is relatively mature, but the researches on evaluation of forest resources in rocky desertification area has not yet been reported, and there is no available index system for reference. Based on the relative accurate rocky desertification degrees obtained in study, using the current market price method, which was most commonly used for forestland assets evaluation, through the introduction of adjustment coefficient KSI, the rocky desertification woodland assets evaluation formulae were put forward. The adjustment coefficients included site quality adjustment coefficient, favourable geographical position level adjustment coefficient, price index adjustment coefficient, rocky desertification adjustment coefficient.According to the formulae, the total evaluation value of rocky desertification forestland in Fengshan County was3037567.7Yuan/a. According to the rocky desertification class, evaluation value of mild desertification forestland was592027.5Yuan/a, accounting for19.49%of the total evaluation value; evaluation value of moderate rocky desertification forestland was2390402.4Yuan/a, accounting for78.69%of the total evaluation value; evaluation value of intensity desertification forestland was54560.6Yuan/a, accounting for1.80%of the total evaluation value; evaluation value of extremely intensity rocky desertification forestland was577.2Yuan/a, accounting for0.02%of the total evaluation value. The evaluation value per unit area of rocky desertification forestland in Fengshan County was114.9Yuan/(hm2·a). According to the rocky desertification class, evaluation value per unit area of mild rocky desertification forestland was the maximum and reached137.3Yuan/(hm2·a); evaluation value per unit area of moderate rocky desertification forestland was the second and reached113.2Yuan/(hm2·a); and then evaluation value per unit area of intensity rocky desertification forestland was55.1Yuan/(hm2·a); evaluation value per unit area of extremely intensity rocky desertification forestland was the lowest and reached24.3Yuan/(hm2·a). evaluation value per unit area of rocky desertification forestland was negatively correlated with the rocky desertification degree of forestland, that was the more intensity rocky desertification degree of forestland and the lower value of forestland.Due to the current market price method is suitable for various kinds of forestland, based on the comprehensive status of different areas, the assessment method is suitable for asset assessment of various types of rocky desertification forestlands.
