Therefore, rocky desertification is a badenvironment and poor life of main source, but also a difficult problem for theparty and the country badly in need of solution. However, one of the mostdirect and effective way to solve the environmental and poverty problems is toestablish the concept of ecological civilization, from the actual situation,everything in good order and well arranged to promote the building of a newsocialist countryside.In this paper, the concept of ecological civilization as a guide, focus onsolving environment of Guangxi rocky desertification and poverty of theprimitive, combined with the present situation of and problems existing in theconstruction of new socialist countryside in rocky desertification area inGuangxi Nongla, Mashan County Tun "analysis founded Nongla mode" andthe practice of the construction of new socialist countryside was studied in thispaper., provides the theory basis and practice basis for effectively in order toconstruction of new socialist countryside governance environment and otherrocky desertification area.
