The Economical Benefit And Developing Model Of Ecological Industry Of Rocky Desertification Control In Karst Area

Comprehensive treatment of Rocky Desertification of Guizhou isa typical representation in China South Karst. Construction ofecological industry plays an important part in RockyDesertification project. Selection and development mode ofecological industry is very important to maintain and consolidatethe situation of Rocky Desertification control. The economicalbenefit represents directly the economical growth improved by RockyDesertification control, and plays an important role in driving theenthusiasm of the masses.The study is supported by National “Twelfth Five-Year” Planningfor Science&Technology of China, and based on Regional Economics,Industrial Economics, Ecology, Karstology and sustainabledevelopment theory. The Guanling-Zhenfeng Hujiang demonstrationarea which is mid-intense Rocky Desertification, and Salaxidemonstrate area of Bijie which is potential-mild RockyDesertification, are served as the study area. From the aspect ofRocky Desertification governance, using laboratory analysiscombined with practical field work research developing mode andeconomical benefit of the ecological industry.(1) Nowadays, the research range of the karst ecologicalindustry is not wide enough; Operation and management is shortduring constructing model; Experimental demonstration and theresearch on economical benefits are short; Development measures isabundant in karst area. These factors block the research onecological industry development and impact on ecologicalconstruction and regional economic development indirectly in karstregion. So we should strengthen the basic theory research, improvethe developing model and strengthen the demonstration. The researchof ecological industry should be completed from various aspects,which will promote the development of ecological industry and speedup the ecological construction and regional economic developmentin karst area.(2) The meaning of the advantage was studied by AHP from three aspects. The weight of indexes was defined through Delphi thenconstruct the system of evaluation of the dominant ecologicalindustry. The ecological industry advantage evaluation of twodemonstration areas: ranked and advantages of Huajiangdemonstration area of ecological industry dominance: FruitPharmaceutical (7.7)> poultry (1.10)> poultry products (1.08)>animal husbandry (0.52); ranked and advantages of eco-industrialdemonstration zone and dominance: fruit industry (4.09)> poultry(2.44)> poultry products (1.63)> animal husbandry (0.62). Thedominance of Ecological industry in Huajiang is higher than inSalaxi.(3) According to the picked dominant ecological industry, thedeveloping direction and model was defined. the ecological industryand the model has formed, but lack of the mechanism of managementin Huajiang. Salaxi demonstration area is in beginning stages ofconstruction, so a complete model is needed forwardly. Given thecharacter of the ecological industry in Huajiang and Salaxi, thedeveloping model of the bundled ecological industry, constructionof industry and management mechanism, will be built. Managementmechanism is “government+cooperation+research organization+company”. Government serve as a leader, and cooperation as a hub.(4) According to the picked ecological industry, theconstructed models and the collected data in different study areas,The selected economic indicators, such as GDP, industrial outputstructure, industrial labor, labor productivity, be used to analyzethe economic benefits from the macro in Huajiang. while theeconomical benefit of the dominant ecological industry wasevaluated by cost-benefit method. The evaluation show that theremarkable economic benefit will be got from ecological industryin Salaxi.
