Research On The Industry Scale Of Rural Economic Cooperation Organization And Ecological In Rocky Desertification Region

Synthetically treating rocky desertification of Guizhou is a strong representative in the south China karst area, to build ecological industry is an important part of the comprehensive treatment project of karst rocky desertification, the development of cooperative organization is a method of the ecological industry scale, also an important way of comprehensive treatment of rocky desertification. The cooperative organization organizes the scattered farmers, makes produce more effective, more conducive to the ecological industry scale development, and evaluates and assesses economic benefit of each industry, which are able to test economic contribution that the treatment of rocky desertification.(1)The study of constructing cooperative organization and improving ecological industry in rocky desertification areas are not extensive enough at present; Lack of operation and management in construction mode; concerning researching demonstration is less; pointing at studying economic benefit is less in karst areas. These factors hinder the development of ecological industry, and indirectly block ecological construction and regional economic development. Therefore, we should strengthen the basic theory research, supply and perfect the mode of development, enhance demonstration effects, improve ecological industry in Karst areas from all aspects, promote the development of ecological industry in Karst area, so as to speed up the ecological construction and regional economic development.(2)The small-scale peasant economy based family in rocky desertification mountain, emerge the contradiction between supply and demand in the production and sales link. From the market, technology and information point of view, research the ecological industry scale intensive development mechanism, from the government, scientific research units, farmer and company’s point of view, study the professional association for the study of the ecological industry scale intensive management mechanism. Cooperation organization should be based on the "private, public management, public benefit", link the production management, operation management, sales of ecological industry, mobilize enthusiasm of the masses of farmers, therefore, development cooperation is to break the small-scale peasant economy and to promote the development of ecological industry.(3)In China’s comprehensive treatment rocky desertification process, always explore how to balance the fragile ecological environment and the economic benefits of farmers, how to use the specialized cooperative organizations to guide farmers to develop ecological industry intensive development, which is one of the problems to be solved in rocky desertification areas. The essay studies the two typical regions of rocky desertification, comparatively analysis of different level rocky desertification in the treatment process, how to use the ecological industry to achieve development of intensive mode, Professional cooperation organization, government, farmers, enterprises in various modes play respective roles in effects of ecological industry intensive development.(4)Under different level rocky desertification background, the differences of regional productivity and income level is large, the social and cultural conditions in each region is different, In the development of farmers cooperative economic organizations, it cannot use only one pattern, should suit one’s measures to local conditions, and explore a variety of development models from reality. From the contradiction between the system and the government, land use rights and management staffs, small-scale peasant economy consciousness and political task, community, consciousness of collective management and personal farmer interest point of view, put forward some construction professional cooperation organization measures, such as the government should positively assist technology, capital, introduction of talents. The scientific research units should follow the typical professional cooperative organizations development process, monitoring and evaluation of production, strengthen farmers’ education, the financial system should provide credit funds and so on measures.(5)By using data envelopment analysis and carry on comparative analysis for the products, to evaluate the short-term ecological products that these have been gains in demonstration areas at present. It shows that the potato, tobacco, Gastrodia elata, konjak are both effective technology and effective scale, corn is the effective technology rather than effective scale, soybean is non effective technology or scale; Evaluation of economic benefits for the medium-term and long-term ecological industry which have not been produced, the results show that ecological chicken may be recover the investment cost under normal circumstances for 1 and a half years, average profit 227.7 yuan per one hundred chickens, semi fine wool sheep in maximum income need to be based on artificial grass measures, can have benefits after two years, cattle can be profitable in the first. Investment recovery period of walnut is 6.01 years, investment recovery period of prickly pear is 3.46 years, the earnings tends to be stable after six years.
