Insurance is important part of the financial industry,for economic stability and development plays an important role.With the development of the insurance industry, our people become more aware of life insurance, more and more recognition, but more and more people buy life insurance. The way most people are in contact through the introduction of life insurance life insurance agents. Agent’s professional image, professional skills directly affect people’s perception of the insurance industry. But now, those choosing to enter the insurance companies engaged in life insurance agents work does not need to have a higher personal conditions, the agent of the team there are a lot of rural marketing staff, which solve the employment of migrant workers, although to some extent problems, but also to the insurance company’s training system has brought a lot of pressure, made high demands.In this paper, I read through a lot of experts and scholars study the theory of training, I learned the extent of the progress of the current domestic and foreign life insurance training. At the same time, but also through the introduction of the status of rural training center branch marketing staff Dongguan New China Life, the team from the training instructor, course content, requirements analysis, planning and implementation of the analysis, training evaluation, etc., identify problems, clarify the causes of the problem and to suggest improvements. Dongguan is a migrant workers is much higher than the local household population areas. The New China Life Center branch in Dongguan team of insurance agents in rural areas also lack a lot of marketers, the study of New China Life Center branch in Dongguan Rural marketing staff training issues, not only have some representation in the Dongguan area, but in the country there are certain representative.Although New China Life Center branch in Dongguan training system has its own characteristics and advantages, but can not avoid the problem all insurance companies on the market today are facing, such as:an agent of expertise, lack of skills, competent coaching ability is not strong, lecturer teaching team results should be improved, agents career awareness is not strong and so on. Pressures faced by the training system is very large, and only continuing to explore and improve the training system in order to allow more life insurance agent for the customers to provide the right insurance plan to provide satisfactory services to enhance their personal and professional image, increase insurance company brand image, and ultimately enhance the social image of the entire insurance industry. In this paper, the author can be found on how to conduct apply to different levels of training agents of different abilities, how to enhance the effectiveness of training, how to improve the methods of training evaluation questions. Hope that through this study, is for all life insurance agent training system including rural marketers and improvement, including providing meaningful references.
