With the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the competition between the enterprises is the key of human resources.In the human resource management,training plays a very important role.However,a lot of enterprise training did not achieve ideal result,they only pay attention to the training work,no enough attaches to the training effect evaluation.Aiming at this problem,this article studied electronics co.szzt electronics training effect evaluation system.This article will combine current training and training effect evaluation of the status in szzt electronics.At the same time,combine with the company's development strategy to build a complete training effect evaluation system.Due to the top managers in szzt electronics lacking of correct understanding,the economic cost of conderations of training evaluation and relevant professional knowledge and accomplishment,these three aspects bacame the main reasons causing a lot of problems.According to the training evaluation theory,basing on the offset evaluation model,setting up suitable model of szzt electronics,establishing a complete set of assessment process,this article regulates the related system and established competent characteristics model to ensure the training effectiveness evaluation process smoothly.Based on previous research of enterprise training effect evaluation unilateral operation,there is a breakthrough.this article has set up a system to analyze training effect evaluation of enterprise and the theoretical basis of training effectiveness evaluation,process and contents of the training effect evaluation to the various evaluation methods.And finally designed a set of suitable training effect evaluation model for szzt electronics.The article also puts forward a point that the enterprise evaluation is a system engineering.Effective assessment should have corresponding organization and system to be ensured.I believe that this paper can have csome certain reference significance to our country enterprise training effect evaluation theory and practice research.
