Research On The Innovation Ecosystem Artitechture Construction For National Science And Technology Major Project

Directed by the national policies, National Science and Technology Major Project is the kind of (extra-) large scale engineering project finished in a certain time period, by the way of integrating resources, conquering key techniques etc. It really plays an important role in the way of rejuvenating our nation through science and technology. But through the investigation research, we find there are still a series of problems existed during the implementation process, e.g. unsmooth administrative system, inflexible operating mechanism, inefficient organization bases etc. The existence of these problems will influence the implementation schedule of Major Project, and even the core competitiveness of our nation. So it’s urgent to construct an innovation ecosystem, to guarantee the scientific research innovation and outputBased on theories of ecology and system science, this dissertation chooses the innovation ecosystem for Major Project as the research target. Ecosystem architecture is established, with several system-operating mechanisms raised. Then a deep research is done towards the evolution rule of this innovation ecosystem, and finally, a case study is done to demonstrate the effectiveness of model established, in an effort to find an efficient way of improving the scientific innovation capability for Major Project from a brand new perspective.
