Research On The Impact Of Science And Technology Innovation Tothe New Urbanization In Shanxi

Since the reform and opening-up, the urbanization level of China has improved drastically, from 18% in 1978 to 56.1% in 2015. Under the influence of big pattern in China, Shanxi Province’s urbanization rate have also made great progress, growing from 8.01% at the beginning of the founding of new China to 55.03% in 2015. But, as a big resourceful provinces of Shanxi, the traditional developing mode of urbanization has brought many problems. To change the current status, we must follow a new-type urbanization, attach great importance to the people-oriented and the capacity building for sustainable development, emphasis on the comprehensive influence of technological innovation for internal production, life and ecology of urbanization. Therefore exploring the influence of science and technology innovation for the new type of urbanization level, not only enriches the theory of dynamic mechanism of the new-type urbanization, but formulates further plans for the development of the new-type urbanization of Shanxi Province to provide the reference basis.This paper studies the theory of relationship between domestic and foreign science and technology innovation and the new-type urbanization, enriches the connotation of new-type urbanization and science and technology innovation. And this paper also analyzes the current situation and problems of new-type urbanization of Shanxi Province and the development of science and technology innovation, and then establishes evaluation index system for new-type urbanization and science and technology innovation which conforms to the actual development situation of Shanxi Province. Based on data from 2004 to 2014 in Shanxi Province, using the SPSS19.0 to standardize data and do correlation test, validity, reliability test, combining AMOS17.0 to do factor analysis and structural equation model test, we can gain the degree of influence of the whole ability of science and technology innovation to the whole ability of new-type urbanization level, as well as the influence degree of comprehensive index of science and technology innovation to the new-type urbanization. According to the empirical results, we can make a conclusion, and put forward to promote science and technology innovation ability and give relevant suggestions to promote the development of new type of urbanization.
