The Analysis Of The Socialist State-Owned Entrepreneurial Growth Law

The state-owned enterprises are the pillar of the national economy, the state-owned entrepreneurs are the engine of progress. In order to the team construction of the state-owned entrepreneur, the thesis discovers the law of state-owned entrepreneurial growth by analyzing their growth progress and give advice and gives advice about providing a good environment and support for their growth.This paper that is about the analysis of the socialist state-owned entrepreneurial growth includes three aspects. One is about analyzing time characteristics of the state-owned entrepreneurial growth period though dividing growth stage based on the theory of entrepreneur life cycle, getting time characteristics from entrepreneurial resume and analyzing the diversity of state-owned entrepreneur who are born in different year. The other one is about building a socialist state-owned entrepreneurial competency model that is based on the onion model.This model includes core work force and important capability which is the result from statistical analysis of interview survey and questionnaire. The last part focuses on the relation between the competency state-owned entrepreneur have and the growth period by analyzing the score that indicates the importance evaluation of one competency from entrepreneurial view.This paper has four result. Firstly, the socialist state-owned entrepreneurial growth cycle includes six phases and each stage sustains different time. Second, the growth cycle are distinguish because of the difference born year of entrepreneur. Third, the socialist state-owned entrepreneurial competency model consist of three levels which are work force, core competency and general competency and four aspects of ability which is named facing future, business operation, external concern,self-management. Fourth, the entrepreneur from different growth period has various competency.
