Although China is a big tea producer, the performance in the tea market at present is not good. In the international market, the market share is lower than that of Kenya. In China, with the development of the offline market in these years, the offline market now is also facing a growth bottleneck. With respect to the rapid development of other areas of the online market, the performance of tea online market is much poorer. Under the mature conditions, such as online billing, distribution and so on, this project examines how to use e-commerce platform to expand two potential markets:the international market and the domestic online market.The study points out that it needs to integrate the tea culture with the modern technology to expand the international and online markets. For the science and technology, we need to rely on the existing e-commerce platform with the international trade design, and draw on the success of e-commerce experience in other industries, to achieve synergy between online and offline markets. In addition, based on the needs to expand the markets, Chinese tea and tea culture are reclassified and redefined.In the course of the project, how the web-based platform for the promotion of tea and tea culture, how to conduct international trade, multilateral cooperation in the interests of integration as the difficulty of the project. The existing mature network technology and e-commerce applications for sales combine to define the tea culture, a novel feature of the international marketing large-scale comprehensive shopping tea culture city model is innovation of this project. We, on the recommendation of the relevant merchants, drawing has an international e-commerce platform for online tea city made the corresponding design to ensure the feasibility of the project.For the program, we design an O2O tea market with online international trade expansion functions and online cultural shopping functions. Through interviews with tea merchants, the design gains a high degree of recognition. Meanwhile, according to merchants’requirements, we analyse the basic financing model and profit model. Since the development of the online tea market is still in progress, hoping that with the progress of the project, relevant issues can be studied in the future.
