Research On The Development Of Civil Aviation In Northwest Of China

Civil aviation is a modern means of transportation. It is an ideal mode of transportation for harsh terrain conditions underdeveloped areas in communication with the outside world with its fast, efficient and low cost of initial construction characteristics. It is significant for the coordinated development of regional strategies of nation. In northwest China, due to its special natural environment and socia-economic conditions, the development of air transport has prominent advantages. But look at the current development of the Northwest regional civil aviation, the advantages of civil aviation can not be fully tapped. It can not meet the needs of rapid economic development in the region. In this paper, we research status quo of the Northwest civil aviation, try to explore the future development countermeasures of the Northwest civil aviation, give full play the advantages of the Northwest civil aviation in the Northwest economy and provide proper support for the Northwest economy for its fast, stable and coordinated development.Firstly, this paper discusses the current situation of Northwest civil aviation industry. And then, combines the Northwest civil aviation industry environment, the paper analyzes the problems which are existing in the Northwest civil aviation. Then, uses system analysis engineering to construct the general idea and evaluation system.Draws support from these,the paper estimates the level of the Northwest civil aviation. To establish quantitative analysis model to quantitative analysis the Northwest civil aviation. Moreover, through horizontal and vertical comparison, analyzes the true development level of the Northwest civil aviation. Tries to identify the relatively backward roots which obstacles the development of the Northwest civil aviation. Finally, proposes the development ideas and recommendations on how to promote the Northwest civil aviation in the future. It includes three aspects:policy support, civil aviation, general aviation.There are four main research conclusions of this paper. The first is:the Northwest civil aviation is in the growth stage and the development potential is huge. The second is:the Northwest civil aviation is limited by the Northwest development environment, infrastructure and aviation resources etc. The third is:the coordination of the civil aviation and the regional economic in Northwest is poor and lags behind the national average. The fourth is:the key to solve the puzzle of the development of Northwest civil aviation lies in the construction of how to make use of all social forces to participate in the civil aviation in northwestern China.
