Knowledge Management System Research Of A Design Institute

Engineering exploration and design enterprises are typically knowledge-intensive and talent-intensive enterprises, knowledge-resources is foundation of exploration and design enterprise, Experience and accumulated knowledge of engineering and technical personnel plays an important role in the enterprise. It is urgent need for the kind of enterprise how to achieve effective accumulation,high degree of sharing, fast learning, effective application, initiative innovation. Therefore, the construction of knowledge management system for have a crucial significance for engineering exploration companies.This paper takes "A Design Institute" that enterprises of engineering exploration and design industry as a case study, The enterprise status were investigated and analyzed, and on this basis, put forward the corresponding solutions.This paper has something referential value for establishing knowledge management system of engineering exploration and design companies.This thesis consists of six parts. The first part is introduction, introduces the backgroundand meaning of this thesis, and puts forward the study of thought and framework of the research.At the same time,this part argue that the necessity of knowledge management for the enterprise. The second part is the literature review, this part makes a comprehensive review of literature that reference to the process of writing the paper.The third part is an analysis of enterprise status. The current analysis based on existing knowledge management maturity questionnaire, with the current situation of A Design Institute, we conducted a survey,and analyzed advantages and disadvantages of knowledge management of A Design Institute.The forth part is design for the solution, based on the analysis of the survey results of the fourth chapter,aiming at the deficiencies in knowledge management,and carried out improvement design,put forward the solution is complete.The fifth part presents the implementation steps and safeguards solutions, and and at the end of this chapter, we also describes the effect of the implementation of the program.The sixth part part is the conclusion of this thesis.
