21st century is the age of information. With the great development of networktechnology, network marketing becomes the most popular marketing model, whichenables every enterprise to develop their own network marketing program. Whencarrying out the network marketing projects, ZhongMi Corporation is faced withmany difficulties, since as a scientific institution, it is more difficult to overcome thedrawbacks of the systems. Meanwhile,the enterprise pays too much attention toresearch, while the marketing is neglected. Compared with other companies,ZhongMi Corporation has some problems, such as the unawareness of riskprevention, the lack of effective internal control mechanism and risk preventionmeasures. Therefore, the efficient project risk management method is of greatsignificance to the success of online sales project, ZhongMi Corporation.The purpose of this study: based on the corporate network sales of project riskmanagement research, it aims to identify the risks in network sales project, and putforward the corresponding countermeasures and control measures to the identifiedrisks, which ensures the smooth implementation of the project. Consequently, it willimprove the economic benefits and the social value of ZhongMi Corporation,providing some reference and help to the risk management of other enterprises’network marketing project.In Chapter1, the research background, significance, method and content arestated. It mainly introduces the current domestic and foreign research situation ofproject risk management, as well as the internal and external environment ofcarrying out this project. Meanwhile, it points out the reason why risk management should be brought in the network marketing project. The research methods of thispaper and the research technical roadmap are also introduced.In Chapter2, the first part is a brief overview of network marketing project.And then the risks in network sale project, including the technical risks, credit risks,legal risks and other risks, are identified through the cause and effect diagrammethod. It states the details of each risk, analyzing the characteristics of networksales project risks and the causes of risks, which establishes the foundation for riskevaluation and control of this project.In Chapter3, first it proposes the principles that risk evaluation index selectionof online sales project, ZhongMi Corporation should follow and commonly usedmethods of risk assessment. Then the evaluation model of this project is establishedby applying the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which evaluates therisks of the project, and comes to the comprehensive evaluation conclusion.In Chapter4, it is clear about the principle that the online sales project,ZhongMi Corporation risk control should follow, and then puts forward the riskprevention countermeasures to the network sales project from five aspects. Therelevant prevention and control measures to the identified risks, including technicalrisks, credit risks, legal risks and other risks in online sales project, ZhongMiCorporation are put forward. More detailed risk control measures for networktechnology, which is a relatively common risk factor in online sales project, are alsocome up.Finally, in this paper, the risk management research of online sales project,ZhongMi Corporation makes us have a clear understanding to the risks in networksales project and the process of project risk evaluation, helping us master the controlmeasures for the network marketing project technical risks, credit risks, legal risksand other risks.
