In recent years, the eastern region is faced with the constraints of element resources endowment, weakening of traditional industrial development advantages, coupled with the impact of the financial crisis, accelerating economic restructuring and structural adjustment is urgent, the trends and demands of cross-regional transfer of industry is further enhanced; Meanwhile, the central region benefit from the implementation of the national strategy of central China, the infrastructure and comprehensive development conditions have greatly improved, industrial development space is relatively larger, making it to be the key areas which continues undertaking industrial transfer from the domestic and international.As one of the provinces in central China, Anhui province neighbors the developed regions, Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, has a unique geographical advantage in carry on the eastern industrial transfer, at the same time, the establishment of Wan Jiang City Belt provides a better material basis and policy support for Anhui province to undertake industrial transfer. With the acceleration of the industrialization process of the central China, for this stage of Anhui, how to create a good environment to undertake, how to choose the transfer of industry at home and abroad, is still a major problem. The settlement for these issues will benefit for attaining the goals of industrial optimization and upgrades.Based on the above findings, this thesis according to the research ideas of theoretical analysis-theory application-found the problem-problem-solving, and using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, on the basis of better grasp of the relevant literature, through data collection and analysis, more comprehensive analysis of the impact path of industrial transfer and Its’effect on the industrial structure, and further discusses on the Anhui to undertake industrial transfer possible bring about negative impact on the industrial structure. Finally, together with the present situation of industrial structure in Anhui and undertaking industrial transfer, put forward the suggestions on further optimizing the industrial structure.
