With the rapid development of eco-agricultural tourism and its contribution to the economy hasbecome increasingly prominent. However, a variety of uncertainties, such as natural disasters, publichealth emergencies and social security incident, so the frequency of incidents lead to a rising trend oftourist activities.That cause some negative impact on tourists, tourist destinations, tourismenterprises.also have a negative impact on economic development and social stability. There are stillshortcomings in the current Eco-agricultural tourism emergency handling mechanism for our country,such as the management system is not perfect, transparency is not high, lack of mobilization of socialforces. Besides, There’s a grave situation of the solutions in the Eco-agricultural tourism emergencyhandling mechanism, and it Indicates that the existing mechanisms have been unable to meet the needsof the new situation.This article learn the experience and revelations of the emergency handling mechanism of thedevelopment countries. and think government should take some measures for Ex-Ante Screening,Progressing monitoring and post-project review. The emergency response mechanism due mainlyinclude mechanisms for prevention and emergency preparedness, emergency response and rescuemechanisms as well as restoration and reconstruction, reflecting the prevention-oriented,people-oriented, scientific and safety principles.To establish and improve eco-agricultural tourism handling mechanism, not only to strengthen thegovernment’s ability to respond to emergencies and handling ability to resist risks, but also improve theimage of the government’s position, and it’s also the inevitable requirement of building a harmonioussociety.
