The Mode Of Comprehensive Improvement Of The Rural Land Preliminary Study

This article takes Wencun Village, Dongqiao Town, Fuyang City in Zhejiang Province as an example, preliminary studies the mode of comprehensive improvement of the rural land, and researches on the effect of comprehensive improvement of rural land in the agricultural industrialization.First, through detailed studies of the location, natural conditions, agricultural industrialization situation, basic situation of the village, current land use, willingness of villagers of the project area, analyses favorable conditions and limiting factors of the comprehensive improvement of rural land, based on the public participation, overall planning and GIS-based factor analysis, develops a sound working procedures and technical methods, carries out the quantitative evaluation for suitability of the land in project area with reference to the evaluation system of "Land Evaluation Program" developed by the UN Food and Agricultural Organization, so as to arrive at those that need to focus on improvement for the land in project area during the comprehensive improvement of rural land. Then on the basis of above work, implements the comprehensive remediation for farmlands, water, roads, forests, villages and houses in the project area, in order to achieve the goal of "agricultural resources centralized to modern business entities, rural industries centralized to development and functional areas, farmers residences centralized to cities and new rural communities". Finally, proceeds the investment estimation and benefit analysis for the comprehensive improvement of rural land in project area.The results show that the comprehensive improvement of rural land is the major initiative to develop the modern agriculture and increase famers’ income, through the comprehensive remediation for farmlands, water, roads, forests, villages and houses in the project area, can optimize the land use structure in project area, increase cultivated area, boost famers’ income, enhance disaster resilience, better the environment and improve production conditions of agriculture, promoting the development of the agricultural industrialization in project area.
