With the resources and environmental problems gradually people’s attention, conservingresources and protecting the environment has become the focus of attention of the wholesociety. In the context of scientific development, sustainable development, at the expense ofsocial development,resources and the environment to seek ways obviously the exact opposite.In particular, the construction industry to get rid of the traditional high energy consumption,high pollution characteristics, avoid direct damage resources and the environment in theconstruction industry, threatening the sustainable development of human society. Greenbuilding is a manifestation of sustainable development, the construction of a low-carbonsociety is the inevitable choice, is the ultimate direction of development of the constructionindustry, as China’s demand is the biggest building types, housing must take the road ofgreen and sustainable development. However, the slow development of green commercialresidential buildings, the lack of effective economic incentives. This paper focuses on greencommercial residential economic incentives to do the following research on the subject:(1)Chapters I and II research status at home and abroad green commercial residential,commercial residential development status quo of China’s green policies and summarizes thestatus of the sort, pointing out our green commercial residential development process need toimprove and perfect place; theory perspective of the development of green commercialresidential buildings on China to achieve sustainable development of great significance..(2)Since the external characteristics of green commercial residential constraints of itsown development, the paper uses the theory of externalities green commercial residentialmarket failure to analyze, summarize some of the ways to solve the problem of externalitiesgreen building, with a focus on economic policy incentives approach made in-depth analysis, pointed out that the main object of economic incentives and economic incentives, and analyzehow effective incentives to motivate objects.(3)Suggestions economic incentives to build green commercial residential buildings,based on the design principles of economic incentives proposed on green commercialresidential basic framework of economic incentives and green economic incentivecombination of commercial housing policy proposals, green commercial residential economicincentives mechanism from the building, running to protect elaborated.(4)Construction of the developers and the level of economic incentive model ofconsumption through cost-benefit analysis, empirical research conducted for the governmenteconomic incentives green commercial residential design gives recommendations.
