Research On Knowledge Stock Growth Mechanism Of Engineering Cost Consultation Enterprise From Symbiotic Perspective

Theestablishment of employee symbiosis relationship is an important power of enterprise internalknowledge sharing, The equilibrium evolution is not only helpful to carry out the dynamicprocess of knowledge sharing effectively, but more helpful to the growth of enterpriseknowledge stock, hereby hopefully we can make the promotion measures of enterpriseknowledge stock to guide the enterprise sustainable development. The main research thinkingis as follows:Firstly, card the previous research results and literature systematically, clear the researchstatus of knowledge sharing and knowledge stock growth of Engineering Cost ConsultationEnterprise, meanwhile, review the symbiosis theory application on the enterprise sustainabledevelopment research. Then the meaning and characteristics of Engineering Cost ConsultationEnterprise, which is the research object of this paper, are described in detail.
