In recent years, raise farmers’ agricultural income and farmers’ overall income level,encourage the rational flow of rural land, build a new type of agricultural management system,develop modern agriculture has become the important topic in the field of agriculture, and thehigh quality of farmers is the most fundamental power and guarantee to achieve thoseobjectives. Therefore, strengthen the education training for farmers, and constantly improvethe quality of the farmers of agricultural science and technology, management, professionalskills, to fundamentally achieve the transformation of China’s rural and agricultural.This paper base on tianjin, In recent years significant changes have taken place in thefarmer’s family income. Because of low productivity of the land, the land has been unable tobring high economic benefits for farmers, combined with the adjustment of economicstructure and population policy, rural labor force of tianjin transferring to other industries. Inaddition, though, to push the education and training of farmers work in, but farmers in tianjinstill is given priority to with the junior middle school culture level, the number of farmershave been trained and are still few. So this thesis study the correlation of farmers land andhousehold income of tianjin, find out the influencing factors of tianjin rural household incomelevels, and put forward countermeasures of how to strengthen education of tianjin ruralfarmers training and how to improve the level of income of farm household of tianjin rural,not only conforms to the development of our country’s current situation, but also providecertain support of the establishment of policies of agriculture in tianjin.The research purpose of this paper is as follows:1.Using the investigation of the ruralfarmers in some counties of Tianjin,which is led by the research team of my mentor, combingrural farmers land change and family income and situation of the education and training offarmers in Tianjin;2. Analyzing the tianjin farmers land relevance level to family income,sorting out the main factors influencing the tianjin farmers income level;3. Put forwardcorresponding countermeasures of how to strengthen the education and training of tianjinrural farmers and how to improve the level of tianjin rural household income of farmers.This thesis mainly adopts the investigation method and comparison analysis method,namely through the design, and finishing the questionnaire, sorting and analyzing the resultsof the questionnaire, the following conclusions are drawn:1. The farmers’s per capita landarea gradually reduced, but the farmer income level in nearly a decade of tianjin hadsignificantly increased;2. Tianjin rural farmers’ cultural degree is given priority to with juniorhigh school, less the number of farmers have been trained;3. The correlation of farmers land area and household income in tianjin is lower;4. The influencing factors of rural farmersincome level in tianjin are mainly: the farmers’ cultural level and training conditions; Farmhousehold’s main economic source; The level of social security of rural area.To strengthen the education of tianjin rural farmers training and raise the income level ofrural farmers in tianjin, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures andsuggestions:1. Bulid the legal system of farmer education and training, make farmereducation and cultivating working with legal protection;2. Build distinct coverscomprehensive farmer education training system;3. According to the demand to farmers,improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in training;4. We will further improve thetianjin rural social security system, increasing the income of farmers metastatic;5.
