Study On The Land Ability To Raise The Farmers

Land has function of parenting for farmers. And the land raising ability is different between different generations of farmers, which are embodied in the transformation from the most basic function of production to the social security function. At the present land’s raising ability of the new generation of farmers has reduced than the first generation.The land of the third generation of farmers’ feed problem become the key to the development of the farmers in the future.In this paper, divide farmers’ generation on the basis of the definition, compare the traditional rural as sample points with different degree of economic development in Hebei province. Then analysis the differences in different generations or different areas. In the research of land’s raising ability to the new generation of farmers,Grey correlation model is used to construct correlation index system between farmers’ per capita net income and household operation income,salary income, metastatic and property income. Finally use the Clustering analysis to classify cities in Hebei province according to the rural economic and social development level, then select different sample points to compare.The selection of different economic development level points are in Langfang and Handan. Finally use the Grey system forecasting model GM(1,1) to forecast the per capita net income of family source and evolution trend during 2013 ~ 2022 of the third generation of farmers.The results show that after 2004 correlation between salary income and per capita net income of farmers is maximum, which shows that salary income of farmers household income contributes more than income of household operation, namely the farmers’ income growth does not rely on income of household operation, farmers rely on land has reduced,the land’s raising ability to farmers has reduced. Land’s raising ability in different rural is different. From 2013 to 2022, the gap between household operation income and wage income continues to increase,farmers’ rely on land continues to reduce, the land’s raising ability to farmers continues to reduce.Finally, based on the current status of land for farmers’ raising ability, combining with the research results, this paper puts forward the rural land system reform to solve the problem of the future development of farmers and farmers’ income: stable the contracted management of rural land system,increase the farmers’ property income and promotereasonable and efficient land circulation.
