With the development of high school’s curriculum reform, the school has greatly improved in thehardware construction, management mode, the quality of students.Therefore,The requests of schools,students and parents to the quality of the teacher is also rising.The teacher’s quality, working ability and theteaching achievement plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching and the development ofthe school. In nowadays, however, We are carrying out quality education,while many schools still use theteacher evaluation mode which was born in the environment of the "examination oriented education",which does not match the quality-oriented education.In other words,the method of teachers evaluation arestill not perfect, or there are still something unreasonable.In this context, based on the experience of education management at home and abroad, this paperanalysis on the using of360°Feedback in high school teacher performance with the method of comparativeanalysis method, questionnaire and interview, the qualitative and quantitative. Improve and perfect the highschool of360°Feedback measures,and improves the defects and deficiencies in teachers’ performanceevaluation, the first one is contribute to the improvement of deviation on the current middle school teacherperformance appraisal system; the second one is the improvement of direction helps to clarify the middleschool teacher performance appraisal; the third one is to reform the principles and ideas of BingtuanEducation System Performance evaluation.The360°Feedback is a kind of performance appraisal model, It has been widely used in the domesticand foreign enterprises and achieved very good actual effect. The teacher’s evaluation is a very importantprocess in the work of school management. Various of evaluation methods are adopted in the schoolteacher’s evaluation at home and abroad. While traditional tendency of teaching achievementevaluationmostly were adopted at home. It does not adapt to the requirements of teaching reformadvocated in China.,and does not compatible with the current school management objectives. Therefore,the current school management to explore a suitable for China’s current education especially theenvironmental education in senior high school teacher’s evaluation methods, to further promote the highschool internal management and the quality of teaching in senior high school.This paper discusses the basic principle of360°Feedback, analyses the360°Feedback in the currentsituation of the application of performance management in senior high school teachers, points out theproblems and causes, and put forward the measures and suggestions for improving feasible.
