On Urban Land-using Efficiency At The City Of Xi’an Based On Green Economy Perspective

Construction land has an important role in citys’ economic development, with the support of rapid progress of urbanization and strategic policy, citys’ economic developed rapidly and urban scale has been continually expanding.At the same time,citys’ environmental problems can not be ignored,using the traditional GDP accounting didn’t not consider the impact of environmental pollution on economic development,.How to reasonably control urban construction land scale and pay attention to environmental protection in the development of citys’ economy to maximum possible efficiently use of urban land has become a real problem faced by urban development.In order to make a comprehensive sustainable urban development,land for construction should be saved and environment should be protected in the development of citys’ economy.This essay measured the efficiency of construction land at Xi’an based on the consideration of environmental issues,hoping to provide policy recommendations for the development of Xi’an.In consideration of the environmental issues, how is the construction land use efficiency at Xi’an?What were factors restricting construction land use efficiency?Whether construction land use at Xi’an was comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable?To solve these problems, i conducted the following studies.In this paper, as the representative of Xi’an, studied the utilization of land for construction of Xi’an in consideration of environmental issues.Firstly,this essay reviewed the research of domestic and foreign construction on urban land use efficiency of previous studies, and analyzed the current situation for construction use in Xi’an land.In the empirical analysis,urban construction land use efficiency was analyzed by using data envelopment analysis on the basis of determinationenvironmental pollution in the use of method of entropy and corrected traditional GDP,draw the following conclusions that environmental pollution has been improved,the overall construction land use efficiency was high,but there was an upward development space,and fixed asset investment and urban area construction appeared relatively high redundant.
