In the environment of China’s rapid economic development, the rapid rise of the real estate industry, accounting for a pivotal role in China’s national economy. With the "overheated" real estate industry, the situation appears, the state issued a series of real estate control measures. Under such macroeconomic environment, the real estate development enterprises, relying solely on advertising, price wars and other measures have been difficult to guarantee the maintenance of long-term competitiveness in the fierce competition. From the development of the market of real estate point of view, the situation in the short term real estate projects constrained by market conditions, but the market demand enterprises are unable to be controled, therefore,within current market situation, the key point of whether a real estate is profitable or how profitable it can be is to do a good job of cost control.For real estate development projects in terms of cost control problems in this paper, the various stages of the development of real estate projects, cost control different focus, we must establish a new real estate cost management philosophy, the focus on cost control, planning and design stages, cost control ago home, is the future of the real estate cost management and optimization of an inevitable trend.In this paper, Yichang New Garden project as an example, according to the authors of practical experience, combined with his own research thinking, after collate finalized.
