With the accelerated process of economic integration, China’s enterprises are facing more and more attached to the market, the competition has become even more intense. Human resource management is becoming an important competitive advantage and development part, more and more Chinese enterprises learn from foreign advanced human resource management, then make human resources. Implementation of strategic human resource planning, not only can effectively promote the implementation of corporate strategy and organizational change, but aslo can help companies win customers and win market, and plays a key role in corporate long-term planning and sustainability development. CX Group a comprehensive modern enterprise group mineral enterprise which also operates iron ore, coal chemical industry, new energy, finance and many other areas. Headquartered in Jinan City, Its core enterprise is Shandong HD mineral enterprise located in Shandong Province Ningyang county,Which established in2000, its predecessor MZ mine was founded in1970in Heze. In2010, Shandong CX mining, Shandong HD Mmining, HY venture, Xinjiang TD mining, Xinjiang DB Mining, CX new energy and other companies reorganized and joint into CX Mining Group. At present there are1201employees in company,97professional and technical personnel included.In this context, on the basis of combing of human resource planning and related theories,then the author makes analysis and evaluation on the status of human resources of CX group, usea rational scientific theory to explore strategic human resources planning of CX Group. The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter1is introduction, the main content in this part is the background and significance of this study, research ideas and research frameworks, research methods and major innovation points. Chapter2, the main contents of this part is the relevant theory and literature review. In this part the author combed involved theory and reviewed the existing literature. In chapter3, the author made analysis on statue quo of Group CX Human Resource planning, on the basis of the elaborating CX Group Profile, development strategy and human resources and other basic information,then through questionnaires to make surveies on the status quo, the author found that problems exist in human resources management include:lack of scientific understanding of human resource planning, human resource strategy is not perfect; related institution-building is not perfect; flawed performance management and compensation systems; in human resource management department,the employers do not pay sufficient attention on career planning, staff turnover is very frequent. The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper, in this paper, the author makes a prediction of demands and supply of CX group human resources planning through correspondidng methods, then determines the principles and targets of human resources planning of CX group, and on the basis, the author develops human resource strategy planning of CX group from the following aspects: human resources number planning,human resources quality and stuctures of human resources planning, human resources key talent construction planning and human resource planning evaluation and the adjustment mechanism. In the fifth chapter,on the basis of formulation and implementation of CX group human resources planning, then the author discusses the measures to guarantee the implementation CX group human resource planning, the measures including:strengthen human resources management concept,strengthen organization support,completion of human resources management information system,improve performance management system, establish competency training system based on capacity-quality model, establish employee career management and development system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of the research, in this part the author summarizes the main conclusions of this paper, and forecasts the future research direction and topic outlook.This research plays a great role and has certain practical significance in promoting improving the human resource management of CX group, maintaining the healthy development of enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. At the same time, the conclusion of this study has certain reference value for human resource management and human resource planning of other enterprises in the same industry and the same scale.
