The Research On Human Resource Management Program Of Jiufang Environmental Protection Group

The global economic development model has been transformed from the simplepursuit of GDP to a new mode, which the economy and environment have been coor-dinated development. Environmental protection industry is beginning to enter the fastdevelopment stage. Jiufang Environmental Protection Group was established and be-come one of the key enterprises in Hunan province. Jiufang still have some shortagessuch as small scale, lower capacity to risk, lack of rational and systematization humanresources system for fierce marketing competition. Based on Jiufang EnvironmentalProtection Group's development strategy, integrating the human management theoriesand the researches about human resource program procedures and methods, this paperbring in the successful experience to formulate for the company's human resourceprogram.Firstly, this paper describes the history and the status of the human resourcemanagement theories and planning method research, analyzes Jiufang EnvironmentalProtection Group business strategy, characteristic and employees situation, find outand amend the deficiencies in the human resource management and planning. Thenuse the empirical method to forecasts enterprise human resource supply and demandto make a suitable human resources programming for the company improvement. Fi-nally, this paper proposes the implementation steps, the risks and resistance analysis,and put forward the evaluation and control programs, and building the implementationsafeguards system.The aim of this paper is mainly to enhance the team's cohesion and effectivenessfully, so that it should give some help for the company to be further and get moreeconomic and social benefits. In the meantime, I wish this paper can provide somehelp and reference for other enterprises which has the same problems.
