Nowadays, informatization entered a new stage, the construction of Smart City Widely spread in China. Along with the advance of Smart City, our country and government departments put a high value on Smart Industry and Smart Enterprise. The prosperity of the internet industry in recent years can’t do without the rapid development of E-commerce enterprises. Progress of wisdom changed competition environment of the E-commerce enterprise, how to evaluate the E-commerce enterprise’s competitiveness reasonably to find the competitive advantages and disadvantages under the background of Smart, which has been an essential strategic issues. This paper has certain theoretical significance and practical significance to promote the development of E-commerce enterprises.This paper selected the E-commerce enterprises as the research object on the foundation of overview of the related theory of Smart and competitiveness. In this paper, resources, growth, operation and profit are the four aspects affecting E-commerce enterprises’competitiveness on the basis of traditional evaluation index system and the competitive environment and operating characteristics under the background of Smart. Then constructed the E-commerce enterprises’ competitiveness evaluation index system. The system consists of four secondary indicators--resource conditions, growth ability, operational efficiency and profitability, and consists of18tertiary indicators. In this paper, Suning was selected as the empirical case and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate its competitiveness. The results showed that the evaluation index system of this paper could reflect the status of the enterprise competitiveness reasonably and objectively. The research of this paper has certain guiding significance for enhancing the competitiveness of E-commerce enterprise.
