Under the environment of economic globalization and knowledge exacerbating,knowledge sharing is an important means to enhance innovation capability, and enhancecompetitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, the paper studies therelationship between knowledge sharing and business growth incentive systems performance,try to establish incentive systems which improved and advantageous to the enterpriseknowledge sharing process. The incentive systems can promote the development of enterpriseknowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, enhance business growth performance.In this thesis, first, there was a analysis of knowledge-sharing, incentive systems andgrowth performance in the enterprise. Firstly, the concept of knowledge sharing, factors andmechanism of action studies, indicating the existence of the enterprise knowledge sharingcertain obstacles, business incentives have an important impact on the development ofinnovation and knowledge to achieve knowledge sharing process. Second, the theory ofincentives through the definition and analysis of knowledge-sharing incentives, study therelationship between knowledge sharing and incentives, incentives discovery is an importantcondition on the basis of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing is a necessary condition toimprove incentives. Finally, the growth of the enterprise and business growth performancetheory to explore the theory, indicating that businesses are closely related to the growth andknowledge sharing and innovation, business growth performance can compete to represent theperformance and potential performance.Finally, through empirical research on the relationship between knowledge sharing andbusiness growth incentives for performance. SPSS software using questionnaires and dataanalysis, quantitative proof that assumptions and significance of the study. Empirical researchshows that four important factors of knowledge sharing incentive mechanism based on:material rewards, growth, corporate culture and job satisfaction, all of the performance andpotential performance enterprise competition has a positive effect, namely business growthbased on performance and knowledge sharing. There is a positive correlation betweenincentives.The results show that companies continue to improve the competitiveness and long-termperformance; we must attach importance to the improvement and development incentives. Growth of staff motivation and corporate culture of business growth is the biggest role in theperformance. Material reward incentives for business growth performance does not so muchlike people usually think of.
