Research On Cold Supply Chain Risks Management Related Issues

With the quality of life improving, the materialized and cultural needs also are increasing. More and more people care about the quality of food and drugs which are related closely to our daily life. What’s more, actually the quality of food and drugs has become a focus of our daily life. Cold chain, as the important means of keeping meat, vegetables, eggs, milk fresh and keeping vaccine alive cause attention of more and more people. In the current situation, the equipments and facilities of the cold chain is not perfective. Especially, there also exist some problems in the management of cold-chain companies, which leads to potential dangers during the process of supplying, producing, sending and selling food and drugs.This paper consists of six parts. The first part is prolegomenon. The second part is the concept review of cold supply chain risks. The third and the fourth part are the risk identification and the risk assessment of cold chain supply chain based on SCOR model. The fifth part is the risk management strategy based on the SCOR model to control cold supply chain risks. The final part is the summary and expectation of this dissertation. This passage focuses on the risks of supply chain of cold chain and refers to SCOR model to identify the risks of the supply chain of cold chain. This paper first describes the background and questions, methods and design of the paper. Then lists the domestic and international research on the present situation of cold supply chain and the risk management, to emphasize the necessity take appropriate control measures to prevent cold supply chain risk. To lay the foundation for the past parts, chapter2describes the concepts of cold supply chain risk management in detail. In chapter3this part makes the detailed recognition about the external and internal risks of the cold supply chain based on process of SCOR model. In the next chapter, the factors of the risks are evacuated by the AHP method. In the fifth chapter, this passage proposes the controllable measures and risk control flow chart of the every steps of cold supply chain to avoid potential dangers. Finally, summarize the full paper.
