Research On The Impacts To Economy Caused By Transfer Of Rural Labor Force In Hubei Province

Hubei is located in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, in the hinterland of central China, as a big province of central China’s agriculture, rural labor transfer is subject to a long-term and complex, this study from the transfer of rural labor force population, combined with the adjustment of industrial structure, made a comprehensive and systematic Analysis on the transfer of rural labor force and the influence of Hubei rural economy starting from the rural labor transfer, population, industrial structure adjustment with the establishment of calculation model of economic growth, the rural labor force transfer in Hubei, make scientific analysis and prediction, the large-scale rural surplus labor force transfer to Hubei and even the national economy healthy, sustained, stable growth of the lasting power, providing reasonable and effective suggestions and advices for Hubei labor transfer and increase the income of farmers. It not only has important theoretical significance of this research, also has an important practical significance.The thesis consists of six chapters:chapter first introduction. The second chapter related theory basis, mainly introduces the theory of the transfer of rural labor force at home and abroad.Analysis of the characteristics of the status and trends of rural labor transfer in Hubei, the third chapter.Impact on rural economic development the fourth chapter Hubei rural labor transfer,including the positive and negative influence. An empirical analysis of the impact on economic growth in the fifth chapter of Hubei rural labor transfer, mainly through the Wuhan,Jingmeng, Zhongxiang and other places of the transfer of rural labor force status as the research object, taking them as samples, the details of the costs and benefits of rural labor transfer in Hubei Province in2012.
