With the enterprise development till now, enterprises are facing the great changeshappening in market environment and competition situation. As a traditional industry inmanufacturing company, we are facing the increasingly competitive. Manufacturingenterprises need to improve their operation efficiency and management level continually tokeep advantage in competition. As one of the important link of human resourcemanagement, performance appraisal is not only the need of improve the management level,the need of promote the transformation of economic development patterns and improveenterprise creativity. But also has an irreplaceable role to improve employee performanceand enterprise competitiveness. And it is an important task to find the best way to conformto the enterprise actual needs in the theory of performance management and performanceevaluation methods to optimize the enterprise performance evaluation system.S is a small and medium-sized OEM electronics company. Since be acquired inDecember2012. In the face of increasingly complex market situation, S is facing the newenvironment and new task to improve enterprise performance and competitive. Based onmodern theory of performance appraisal management in this thesis, to analyze and discussthe current management status and performance evaluation methods in S. Put forward theproblems existing in the current performance evaluation system. To reestablish a set of newperformance appraisal system.The purpose of this thesis is to redesign the performance evaluation system which isfit for the requirements of S. Mainly focus on these aspects. The first one is to choose theperformance evaluation method. To establish a KPI performance evaluation system basedon BSC to fit the development of the company. The second is to set the performanceevaluation index. To design a reasonable enterprise, department and individualperformance evaluation index based on the strategy of the enterprise. The third one is tooptimize all the procedures in the whole system such as the communication and feedbackprocess.This thesis is based on the actual situation of S. Get related data and material through investigate and survey to ensure all the indicators are align with the enterprise strategy. Theresults of this thesis will be provided for the implementation of the new performanceevaluation system for reference.
