Quality Evaluation Of County Urbanization In Underdeveloped Areas

The level of urbanization is not only reflected in the rate of urbanization and urbanization velocity,more importantly, it`s to be reflected in the quality and efficiency of urbanization. And put forwardcountermeasures against Fuyun in urbanization process of quality improvement problems related toformulate local economic policy, industrial policy, promote the coordinated development of urbanizationin quantity and quality of the urbanization, guide the county urbanization and intensive, intelligent, green,low carbon, balance the new path of urbanization, to shift related aspects such as the concept ofurbanization development to provide theoretical and empirical basis.Based on the above, this paper drawed the following conclusions:(1)2007-2012Fuyun comprehensive level of urbanization quality is improving, but from thedeveloped areas or many counties and cities in less developed areas urbanization level has a large gap,there are still necessary to further improve; Four subsystems development not balanced, especially socialdevelopment subsystem is slower than other subsystems, and the development of urban constructionsubsystem significantly faster than the other subsystems, FuYun “land urbanization” development fasterthan the “human urbanization”.(2) In the process of urbanization development and quality improvement in less developed areas arewidespread binary household registration system, employment conditions, farmers’ overall quality is low,and the coverage of social security system is a small problem, a period in the future should be the key tosolve these problems in the common, intensivism, intelligent, green, low carbon, balance the new path ofurbanization, positive and steadily promote urbanization by the growth in the number of lay particularstress on the scale to improve shift quality connotation.(3) The level of economic development, quality of life of residents, urban construction and socialdevelopment of these four subsystems are affecting the quality of the overall level of urbanization,indivisible and mutually reinforcing, so the less developed areas in the development of urbanization shouldcoordinate the resolution of these four aspects of the problems, in order to enhance the all-round qualitylevel of urbanization; residents of the level of quality of life, the degree of coordination and economicfactors in urban and rural areas to measure the quality measure of the domain the level of urbanization inan important role, should be to improve the county town start to focus on the quality level of the task.(4) To promote the underdeveloped areas of the county town of the development of China’s overallsocial and economic development plays an important role in the sustainable development of urbanizationonly county in order to achieve the provinces and the country to raise the overall quality of urbanizationand development, especially in the west underdeveloped areas of the town should become provinces ofurbanization development an important starting point.
