Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Research Institute Technology Innovation Strategy Research

With development of economic globalization and the progress in science and technology, the competition in market and industry has become fierce increasingly. Technology innovation plays an important role in promoting industrial development and economic progress, and has been an effective way to solve key technical problems.With50years’development, the oil industry has been a pillar industry of the national economy. Oil is an important strategic resource of the national economy; it plays an important role in the national strategy as well as economic security. Foreign big oil companies generally pay high attention to the innovation of science and technology development strategy, and have got development. Therefore, China petroleum enterprises have to rely on the progress of science and technology to improve market competitiveness, expand survival and development pace. As a major technology innovation player of Yanchang petroleum group, Yanchang petroleum group research institute study on technology innovation has vast importance to accomplish strategic objects of changing development mode, adjusting industrial structure and accomplishing economic transformation.Based on example investigation and theoretical deduction, the current condition of Yanchang petroleum research institute was investigated in this paper, through analyzing the economic and technological background and subjective and objective conditions, the main problems of affecting the research institute innovation capability were analyzed. SWOT analysis model and strategic decision method were used to research the basic principles and basis of research institute innovation strategy, and technology innovation strategy combination of independent innovation, imitation innovation and foreign cooperation innovation was proposed. In order to accomplish research institute technology innovation strategy, this paper divided the integration strategy into three stages, and paper analyzed the three fundamental risks, innovation strategy risk, project risk and human factor risk, which restrict the implementation of research institute innovation strategy, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed to reduce the technology innovation strategy implement risk and ensure smooth realization of the research institute technology innovation strategy. This paper points out the direction on the technology innovation of Shaanxi Yanchang petroleum group research institute, and has an important guiding significance for constructing modern characteristic industrial system and promoting transformation and upgrade, moreover, this paper provides model for technology innovation strategy establishment of other research institute in domestic oil and natural gas industry.
