Nowadays, all the businesses are facing more complicated external environment and fiercer competitions in the market, and talent competition has become the core issue. Advantages based upon talent people can bring about further corporate development. Owing to its relatively long development for20years, CD has adjusted its strategies correspondingly according to new challenges and opportunities. As a result, its core business portfolios are getting more full-scale. It is necessary for it to optimize the current human resources management system in order to improve the corporate core competence, meet the requirements of strategies and ensure corporate targets’realization. In general terms, human resources management is one of the factors executing corporate strategies. Therefore, it can play a very important role in improving the overall HR management level, new products’ researches and developments, operations management and continuous innovations etc., which should rely on improved HR management, HR’s optimization and combination. In this sense, businesses will survive and make further development in the future.This dissertation aims to offer the improved HR management proposal concerning CD*strategic requirements, which can be achieved based on the adjustment to organizational structure, and other HR management systems including recruiting, training, performance and remuneration. HR management will meet the strategic development requirement, and cater for this purpose.With the reference to corporate strategy, it can be concluded that current corporate HR management mainly focuses on traditional personnel management, and possesses huge gap to the corporate strategic requirements, which can be elicited from the detailed analysis of recruiting, training, performance and remuneration. Those can not provide effective enough guarantee for the strategies. Secondly, some measures are proposed from the aspects of improved organizational structure, recruiting process, training system, performance and remuneration management as for certain current drawbacks. Those can bring about the achievements of corporate strategies. Meanwhile, efforts should made in the respective of improved understanding in the management, optimized information management system, and strengthened corporate culture as the insurances of HR management development. With the organizational structure adjustment and optimization of CD’s HR management, certain proposals should be beneficial to its strategies and the other businesses with the similar dilemmas. Theoretically, this dissertation will be more meaningful to build up effective HR management system for corporate strategies.
