Logistics enterprise is an important part of the national economy and its developing level directly impacts on the quality of economic operation in China. Many logistics companies have realized that human resource is the driving force for them to gain the sustained, healthy and rapid development power. As the operator and managers, they pay more and more attentions to training and related activities. But there are still some problems in the management of the logistics business training, such as weak awareness for training management, unsound related training regulation and system and lacking of training funds and other issues. Research on training system of logistics companies will provide them some theoretical guidance and reference and has great significance for the enterprise. This article aims to build a training system for logistics enterprise through the analysis for training management issues. Through the experience of the author current work in a certain T Logistics Company, the author made an analysis for T Company's existing training system to make a summary of its existing strengths and weaknesses, and on this basis, to optimize the T Company's training system. Following study methods have been used in the article.First, theoretical and empirical research methods. On the base of current theory,the author studied existing training situation of T Logistics Company and analyzed existing problems, thus to build suitable training system for T Logistics Company.Second, combination of qualitative and quantitative research. On the base of a large number of domestic and foreign literature, the author summarized the problems existed in the current training management of logistics enterprise to resolve related basic theory. At the same time, combined with quantitative analysis methods, through observation, interviews, data analysis and questionnaire survey methods, the author re-examine and design the training system of T Logistics Company.Article innovation:First, need to adapt to the strategic development of T Logistics Company to redesign the training system, including curriculum, organizational system, institutional system and lecturers system.Second, designing different training programs to meet the different needs of the trained groups, including the training of new employees, production and operating system and management system.Third, designing a set of training process in order to meet the needs of the actual operation. The process includes training needs analysis, development of training programs, training program development, training implementation, and training assessment.Forth, providing a large number of operating techniques and methods with certain promotional value and operability. T Logistics Company has begun trial operation of this training system. This article provides some help on the training work and training system perfection of T Logistics Company. The author hopes that it will have certain reference value for training management of logistics enterprises and other relevant enterprise.
