In the human resource management of enterprise, performance management as a corebusiness management is an important means of ensuring a competitive advantage in thecompetitive environment, the market incentive. Only when the company determines areasonable performance management objectives and takes effective performancemanagement tools, can the enterprise promoting performance communication and improvingthe quality of performance work, and eventually achieve the ultimate goal of the enterprisemanagement.As Chengdu FAW Sihuan spare parts company is a branch of FAW Sihuan in thesouthwest area, it was founded in2010and currently employs140people. In this paper, wetake Chengdu FAW Sihuan spare parts company as the object of study, combined with thecharacteristics of the logistics service industry, and the present situation of the managementof the strategic target, and the strategic objectives in the next period of time, making full useof the related knowledge of performance management theory, then designing and discussingabout the performance management system of the Chengdu FAW Sihuan spare partscompany.The importance of performance in the operating mechanism of the project, reflected inthe composition can improve the overall quality of agency staff through performancemechanism, stable corporate human resources gold. Improve and maintain the performanceof mechanisms to ensure the smooth realization of the incentive effect of the enterprises inthe innovation process and mechanisms for changing the system key. It is in this context thatthis paper take Chengdu FAW Sihuan spare parts company as a base, using multiple researchmethods in-depth study of its performance management system design and safeguards. In thefirst part introduces the research background, purpose and meaning, and the researchmethods and structure of the paper. The second part describes the status of Chengdu FAWSihuan spare parts management firm performance, finding some problems that performanceplan is disjointed with the enterprise strategy, the performance appraisal process is lack ofcommunication, the assessment index is not science, application of performance appraisalresults are not fully and so on. In order to solve the problems, this paper gives some design ideas on the design ofperformance managemen system of company. It is the research ideas and steps of theperformance management system, designing the performance management objectives,selecting performance evaluation index, making develop performance management systemplan, implementing performance appraisal, and reporting the results of performanceevaluation. And in the Part IV,the paper gives some policy support, on how to ensure theimplementation of Chengdu FAW Sihuan spare parts company performance managementsystem, including personnel security, promoting of the company’s leadership, and theestablishment of channels of communication performance and performance managementsystems. Finally, evaluate Chengdu FAW Sihuan corporate performance managementsystem, and draw inspiration for other companies engaged in the logistics business by theguidance from the Chengdu FAW Sihuan spare parts company performance managementsystem.
