Finally, according to the technical resources of financial competitiveness affect the ranking results of grey correlation degree, points out that science and technology enterprises should be from the emphasis on "people-oriented", increasing spending on research and development spending and update production equipment, and strive to build and perfect the internal and external environment from several aspects such as science and technology enterprises, scientific and reasonable configuration of technology-based enterprise technology resources, so as to enhance the financial competitiveness of science and technology enterprises.
