| Recent years, since the competition in residential real estate industry is becomingmore and more intense, commercial real estate in contrast increasingly grabs the favorof developers, investors and operators, and thus has got rapidly developed, and created abright outlook. However in the field of commercial real estate architectural design,because of some inward issues, including lacking complete relevant theoretical support,and inaccurate project targeting, unclear operation mode and incorrect guideline forarchitectural design in the actual projects, the success of implementing and operatingcommercial real estate projects cannot be guaranteed.Targeting at the influence of project mode in real estate development to thearchitectural design as the research object, this article reviewed and collected the projectmode theories and systems by analyzing related literatures from China and abroad andfrom past to now on commercial real estate. On this basis, this article made analysis,comparison and summary on some domestic commercial real estate development cases,mainly discussed the principle influence factors and its mechanism, which generatedduring the process of project targeting, operating mode and other compositions ofproject mode in concrete project design, on the overall layout, plane layout and formdesign. What in project mode should be mainly concerned in commercial real estateproject construction plan has been suggested, aiming at serving the reasonabledesigning and scientific decision-making in commercial real estate projects as theguideline and reference. |
