Based On Data Envelopment Analysis Method Of The Chinese Ecological City Land Use Efficiency Evaluation

China has entered the phase of rapid development of urbanization, but accompany with the bottleneck problems such as land resources shortage, environment, make the urban development faces severe challenges.To fundamentally solve these problems, need to make an issue of transformation in urban development, or out of a new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics is the only choice.The communist party of China the eighteenth big has been clear about the "ecological civilization" in the core position in the national strategy, highlight the urban development towards the direction of the ecological city in our country.Land as a key resource, which restrict the development of the city not only provides the basis for economic development, also carrying the whole ecology and the livelihood of the people of the city.To this end, this paper combine ecological urban and land use, research of the current our country do a good job of ecological city land use efficiency, trying to ecological city is summarized in the precious experience of input and output of land resources, provides some references for China’s new urbanization construction.This article first from 25 countries authorities selected ecological city as the research object, respectively studied the city’s economic, ecological, three aspects of the basic situation of the people’s livelihood.Then under the guidance of the scientific principles of index selection, determine the various aspects of input and output indicators, and in the Chinese city statistics yearbook(2013) to find out the data of the indicators.After using the data envelopment analysis(dea) method to set up the evaluation model of ecological efficiency of urban land use, model is used to calculate the relative efficiency of three aspects.In-depth analysis of the results, listed some countermeasures to improve ecological efficiency of urban land, in the end, the article three conclusions:25 a ecological city in the economic benefits of land use have outstanding performance; The ecological benefit of land use in China has yet to reach the optimal level; The fundamental principle of ecological city construction is to "people-oriented", its purpose is to build a suitable for human production and living, the harmonious coexistence of man and nature environment.
